 船用充气橡胶气囊使用中应特别注意的事项

Matters needing special attention in the use of marine inflatable rubber airbags

1.       尽量避免气囊长度方向产生扭曲。

2.       Avoid distortion of airbag length direction as far as possible.

3.       与气囊接触的表面不得有尖锐突出的硬物，防止刺破气囊表皮。   

4.       No sharp and prominent hard objects should be found on the surface contacted with the balloon to prevent puncturing the epidermis of the balloon.

5.        严格控制使用压力，不得超过使用压力。

6.       Strictly control the use pressure, not exceeding the use pressure.

7.       长久不用或修补后重新使用前，应进行空载充气试验，充气压力与我厂出厂试验价值相同，试验时检验人员应远离气囊3米

8.       Before long-term use or repair, no-load inflatable test should be carried out. The inflatable pressure is the same as that of the ex-factory test in our factory, and the inspector should be 3 meters away from the airbag during the test.
